Alan, son of a famous dance studio manager, has been enchanted with Lily, a heel dancer, since seeing her perform at a showcase. An accident, an awkward encounter and a spontaneous decision leads them to Alan's bedroom. Here, their chemistry becomes undeniable. And Alan starts having very vividly hallucinated conversations with Lily, all the while maintaining an actual conversation with her.

 

With the push of music and alcohol, they give into their desires. In the warmth of the night, Alan confesses his profound love to Lily, which confuses her since they have just met. Lily’s anticlimactic reaction reveals that the woman Alan has been hallucinating about, and the one he sees in Lily, is, actually, not her, but a woman that he has lost.

 

Broken by the truth, Alan retreats into his beautiful memories of his past relationship as Lily is trapped in a position where she has to take care of him.
